Mater Academy 6, Miami Killian 4 – Willie Abreu went 1-for-3 with two RBIs and a run, and Kevin Abraham went 1-for-3 with two RBIs for Mater in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational.

Westminster Christian 11, Ferguson 5 – John Ruiz went 3-for-5 with three RBIs and two runs, and Luis Touron, Dakota Robbins, Julian Infante and Yuri Sucart had two hits each for the Warriors (9-6-1) in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational.

American 3, Chaminade-Madonna 1 – Edison Cabrera went 2-for-2, and Kendrick Gutierrez, Kristopher Perez and Kevin Williams scored for the Patriots (13-4) in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational.

Southwest Miami 9, Coral Reef 1 – Jorge Ramirez pitched a complete game with seven strikeouts, and Carlos Pena went 3-for-4 with three RBIs in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational. Danny Casals went 3-for-4 with two runs, and Luis Aviles went 2-for-3.

Brito 6, TERRA 4 – Julio Gonzales went 1-for-3 with a walk, stolen base, run and RBI, and Louis Campanioni went 2-for-4 with two runs, a home run and two RBIs for the Panthers (13-3) in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational. Andres Herrara went 2-for-4 with an RBI.

Palmer Trinity 4, Miami Senior 1 – Matt Roberts went 2-for-3 and pitched a complete game, striking out seven for the Falcons (8-8) in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational. Gio Soto went 1-for-3 and Blake Miller 2-for-3.

Belen Jesuit 5, Doral Academy 1 – Jonathan Gutierrez pitched six and one-third innings, allowing no earned runs in his first varsity appearance for Belen in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational. Willie Fabra and Alex Acosta hit back-to-back homers in the first. Pablo Cabrera went 2-for-3 with two runs, and Christian Del Castillo went 2-for-3 with a run.

Mater Academy East 8, Ransom Everglades 7 – Jose Garcia went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs, and Ronny Torenrino drove in two runs for the Scorpions (8-3) in the Selective Recruiting/Sir Pizza Invitational. Paul Gomez went 3-for-3 with an RBI.

Gulliver Prep 6, Okeechobee 5 – Joseph Dunand went 3-for-4 with a run and RBI to pace the Raiders (9-9).

Palmetto 7, Cypress Creek 5 – Michael Wall went 4-for-4 with two runs, and Johnny Perez 3-for-4 with three RBIs for the Panthers in the Sarasota Classic. Nick Gruener went 1-for-3 with two runs and two RBI .
