Victor Sam turned in the pitching perfomance of the year so far in Miami by striking out 16 in North Miami’s win over Hallandale. Doral shocked Belen with Anthony Perez and Andy Hernandez holding the Wolverines’ bats at bay. Bryan Carreras and Israel Luis led Southwest to victory Friday. Killian made a statement with a win over Columbus. Ryan Sabbag had two stolen bases in the win. TERRA blanked Homestead, with Ruben Pino, Nick Wydler, and Andres Valbuena all adding two RBIs.
