Kyle Gerdts had a walk-off double in the seventh and Nicholas Leon went the distance for the victory as the Vipers shook things up in 8A-16. Leon allowed seven hits and struck out a pair, while Hector Vasquez was 2-for-3 and Bryan Rojas went 1-for-2 with three RBIs.

With just 12 days until the MLB celebrates Jackie Robinson Day, it was Jason Gomez channeling Robinson as he stole home to score the only run of the game. Alan Saumell earned the win with 10 strikeouts in six and-a-third innings, while Javi Valdes recorded the final two outs to earn the save. Valdez was also 2-for-3 and Kevin Tucker went 2-for-2 with a double for the Falcons.

David Guevara was 2-for-2 with two RBIs and two runs, and CJ Vasquez also scored twice and went 2-for-4 for the Wolverines. Albert Maury chipped in with a pair of RBIs as he went 1-for-4 with a run.

Arthur Cordovez tossed three shutout innings in relief to earn the victory, and also struck out five. Nathan Llanes needed just a home run to hit for the cycle, as he was 3-for-3 with a double, a triple, an RBI and two runs. Jorge Alonso went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base, while Chris Clara and Jose Castro both went 1-for-2 with an RBI. Alejandro Castro added an RBI single and also scored for the Gladiators.

Jake Oliver tossed six shutout innings, allowing a hit and striking out five to earn the win that moves the Panthers into a tie for fifth place in 8A-16. Kevin Barbato went 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and two runs to pace the offense. Kyle Toister drove in half his team's runs and was 1-for-3 on the day.

Victor Quintero allowed four hits and one run in five innings to earn the win. Ryan Maya fell a home run short of the cycle with a 3-for-3 performance with three RBIs, while German Reyes had a home run and four RBIs on his 3-for-3 day. Coco Montes added to the offensive outburst by going 2-for-2 with a run and an RBI.

Dustin Philipp picked up the victory and also went 3-for-4, and Danny Chumbley was 2-for-3 with a home run to lead the Falcons.

JC Milan was a perfect 4-for-4 on the day, just missing hitting for the cycle as he hit a home run and two doubles and had four RBIs in the Panthers offensive explosion in the 2014 Fever Classic. Savian Fernandez went 2-for-4 with a double and a home run, scoring three times and driving in three, while Lazero Gonzalez went 2-for-3 with a home run, three runs and three RBIs. Mauricio Amaral also went deep, closing with four RBIs and going 2-for-4 with a run.

Anthony Martel blasted a walk-off home run to cap a 2-for-3 performance that also included a double.

Alexis Herrera went the distance and allowed one hit and one earned run, while striking out 10 to earn the Thoroughbreds the third seed in the 8A-14 playoffs. Rameed Alvarez and Arnaldo Brito were both 2-for-3 and Alex Miret was 1-for-3 with a double for Hialeah.

Andrew Velez improved to 7-0 and also scored twice for the Titans in the 2014 Fever Classic. Javier Camacho was 2-for-3 with a double, a run and an RBI, and Chauncey Nunez also went 2-for-3 for SLAM.

Gaby Bordonas was 3-for-4 with a double, a home run and three RBIs, falling a triple short of the cycle, while Raul Mercado did get a triple, going 1-for-2 withan RBI. Hector Montano was 2-for-3 with a run and Pedro Sosa was 2-for-3 with an RBI.
