Miami-signee Frankie Bartow pitched a no-hitter with 10 strikeouts as TERRA beat Miami Christian 2-0 on Friday.

Eddy Demurias was the winning pitcher and also went 2-for-2 with three runs and the game-winning hit in Killian’s 6-5 win over Gulliver Prep. The win was welcome for the Cougars (4-3), who had lost three of their past four going into the game.

Palmer Trinity improved to 6-0 and won its first game this season in 3A-16 by defeating Marathon 6-3 behind Taylor Walker’s eight strikeouts.

Miami Springs won its second in a row and first in 6A-15 by beating Mourning Senior 14-3 as Sergio Pena and Dylan Carter drove in three runs apiece.

Westwood Christian snapped a two-game losing streak with a 4-3 win over Hialeah Educational Academy in a 3A-15 matchup.
