The Miami Stingarees picked up their first district wiwn of the season Thursday afternoon, as the offense pounded out 13 hits for a 6-3 victory over South Miami. Enrique Rivero, Manny Garcia, Yiovanni Matias, Ivan Rivera and Christopher Howkins all had multi-hit games for Miami. Rivero was 2-for-4 with a home run, three runs and he recorded the save with two scoreless relief innings.
